What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 flags — one meeting room or one small event is a normal order — with bulk tiers for giveaways and processions.

How fast will my flags arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished flags ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when an event date is fixed.

Why do hand flags come off the stick?

Because the fabric was stapled to the dowel at a couple of points, so all the load concentrates there. A heat-sealed sleeve wraps the dowel along its whole length and spreads it. It is the single most important thing to ask a supplier about.

Are your hand flags safe for children?

The dowel end is cut blunt and sanded as standard on every hand flag we make, and nothing on the flag is detachable. That is not an upgrade, it is how we build them, because these end up in the hands of children in crowds.

What decides whether a desk flag looks good?

The base. A light base with the pole sitting loose in it leans, wobbles and falls over, and it reads as cheap even with perfect printing. Ask about the base weight before the flag size.

Should bunting be tied or sewn?

Sewn into a continuous binding tape. A cord takes tension unevenly, lets every flag rotate and drops them. A sewn tape hangs in a consistent line, and it is a small difference in cost.

Do you make pole flags or feather flags?

No. We make small flags — hand, desk, bunting, picks and fan flags. Pole flags, feather flags and felt pennants are different products with different hardware, and we would rather point you at the right supplier than stretch ours.

Do you redraw artwork?

Yes, free. Send whatever you have and our design team simplifies it for the size. A hand flag is a very small canvas and a fan flag is read from fifty metres, so most artwork needs opening out rather than scaling.
